Our lives are fuller than ever before, with 2023 being a year of retreats, festivals, gatherings & offerings almost back to back
It’s been hard to keep up with the ‘online’ realm among the madness, but hope to be offering more workshops spring onwards.
~ 2024 OFFERINGS ~
‘CACAO CEREMONIES WITH SOUND JOURNEYS’
In the new year we will be offering some gatherings in the comfort of Sandra’s home
This will be in our gorgeous lounge, in front of a roaring fire, with fairy lights & candles to welcome a feeling of magic & warmth
Sitting together in circle to connect with the spirit of cacao, the spirit of our hearts & the spirit of life
A weaving together of gentle movement, ceremony, sharing circle where we have the chance to talk ~ Be heard & witnessed in a heartfelt non judgmental space, deep guided relaxation & transporting sound bath using an array of healing instruments
Keeping it to around 6 people per gathering for the ultimate intimate & cosy experience
With teas & cake included
Although dates are TBC, they will range from being on a Friday evening to Saturday or Sunday afternoon ~ Dates incoming for Jan & February

Sandra began running workshops & retreat days over 16 years ago in the Wyre forest area
& we have shared an array of workshops, retreats & collaborations exploring a vast range of themes ever since
~Please keep in mind we love hosting & being part of peoples private bespoke gatherings
This can be for yourself, a couple, a family group, hen party or bridal blessing, mama blessing or baby shower, birthday party & beyond
