Each session will weave together guided movement, relaxation, sound journeying & beyond.

As the nights get longer, self nurture becomes ever more important to good health & our energy staying balanced & flowing in a state of harmony.

This package is flexible lets you join as many sessions you wish from the class timetable within the 5 week term & gives you the choice of when & where you practice to suit you.

Please bring yourself, a yoga mat, cushion/pillow, perhaps blanket & any other props you enjoy using.
If you need us to lend you anything let us know.

~ Classes cannot be transferred from one term to another.
