Everything we share is simply an invitation & guidance & we welcome you to do whatever feels right for you. Everyone welcome new or accustomed to yoga ~ An array or options / layers shared for each movement / pose.
Teas, healthy nibbles & tasty treats provided throughout your time with us. Yoga mats provided & laid out ready for your arrival. If your joining for half the day, this does not include the supper, but you are welcome to stay a short while once the session ends to enjoy the venue, connect with others & explore the stalls.
~ PLEASE ~
~ Arrive at least 10 / 15 minutes early so we can start ON TIME. ~ Bring yourself, an open heart, layers, blankets & a cushions for warmth, comfort & cosyness. ~ Bring a pen & favourite note pad / journal /some paper . ~ Bring a bottle of water & anything else you may need.
