LIMA ~ The city & province ~ Northern East ~ Explore Sandra's home & roots with her ~ A bustling, lively, bohemian & colourful city. Latin is energy, yet boasting a very art deco & european architecture. A place bursting with passion. Travel along the tigre delta, enjoying the waterways & nature all around. Immerse yourself in the magic of tango, enjoy ice cream of dreams, craft markets galore & so much more!

THE AMAZON RAINFOREST ~ in Misiones province ~ North East ~ Experience the power of one of the worlds largest & most vast water falls! Located where Argentina & Brazils borders meet, surrounded by a wild & biodeivers sub tropical jungle. The waterfall width is almost 3 kms! The Iguazú or Iguaçu River, drops vertically 80ish meters in a series of cataracts creating large clouds that seem to engulf the surrounding sub tropical forest jungles.  Unesco world heritage site. SACRED VALLEY ~ ‘Valle Sagrado’ ~ The Most Northern point of Argentina ~ Enjoy time in this small, but beautiful city, nick names ‘la linda’ meaning beautiful one, for it’s welcoming ways & intersting features. From here take yourself to another realm visiting the 'Salinas grandes' meaning great salt flats. A very other worldly & unusual landscape. 

MACHU PICCHU ~ In the Jujuy province ~ Northern Argentina ~ Find yourself amongst colourful red rust canyons & mountains & desert climate. In this part of the trip you will explore Purmamarca ~ An area know as the hills of 7 colours. Jujuy is a land full of fertile vineyards & pre-Columbian ruins, old lime-washed chapels & baroque colonial architecture to enjoy & craft markets a plenty. With luscious green forests & snow peaked ranges surrounding the area. This part of Argentina is home to most the indigenous people still found in this country.

CUSCO ~ In the Santa Cruz province ~ Southern  Argentina ~ Enjoy some of the worlds largest & most impressive glaciers like Perito Moreno, said to be one of the biggest, most amazing glaciers in the world & one of the only ones that isn't melting due to its ancient vastness! Here you can enjoy crisp fresh air, stunning endless landscapes, ice sheets like you can't imagine, blue ice as well as blue beautiful lakes, fascinating museums & more.

LAKE TITICACA ~ In Patagonia within the Tierra del fuego province ~ This is the most Southern tip of Argentina ~ Often described as the end of the world, this is where most voyagers to the Antarctic go before entering the Antarctic circle. The mountains here ~ 'Tierra del Fuego' create a natural wall that drops into the black deep dark ocean. This area said to ooze with mother nature's power & have a mysterious fairy tale feel about it. The local Argentinians are mostly Gaucho cowboys whose lineage can be traced back to the local indigenous population making Ushuaia’s unique culture an interesting place to explore.
