Being pregnant herself, Sofia felt this was a perfect time to delve into how yoga can assist woman during this stage of their journey within the cycles of our lives ~ Her Pregnancy course was created Uma Dinsmore Tuli, a true pioneer of how yoga can be adapted for optimum women's health. Flowing on beautifully from her Womb yoga & women's wellness therapy course with her a few years ago.
